You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and throughout the world using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Due to the complicated nature of our products, it may take some time to process each order. You should expect to see your order in the mail between  1-12 weeks after submitting the order and the payment. Though in some cases may take longer in event of a delay you will recieve your order within 48 months or there may be a refund. Feel free to contact us any time to find out the status of your order.  It is important to note that although your card may be authorized immediately, the actual funds may be captured a significant time later. We reserve the right to capture the funds up to 36 months after the order is submitted. It should be noted that priority and express orders will be shipped before orders with free shipping, if your project has a specific deadline please contact us and use either priority or express. Parts of an order may arrive in several seperate packages depending on the stock that we have on hand. Do not be surprised if it takes a some time to recieve all of the seperate packages. As we grow we are trying to increase our turn around time to a few hours but in the mean time please bear with us as we streamline the process.
