Every product has been tested before it leaves your company so there should not be any issues.We may at our discretion allow a return or refund but this is on a case by case basis. This is to prevent fraud against us, we've had customers purchase a 50 dollar laser diode, connect it to a 9 volt battery frying it and then complain back to us when it doesnt work. If however you have a legitimate issue we will be more than willing to help you out. All purchases are final and as stated in the shipping agreement shipping can sometimes take a while. most of the time it should take just a few days, but if you dont recieve your order within 3 or 4 weeks let us know so that we can track it down.We reserve the right to accept or deny any cancelations or refunds at our discretion
