BY PURCHASING any LASER YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING-
- You accept this Laser component/accessory as an OEM COMPONENT for integration in a system of YOUR OWN design and will be legally responsible from any and all LIABILITIES Our Laser Diodes and Modules are designed solely as an OEM component for incorporation into the customer's end products. Therefore, this laser does not and is not required to comply with the appropriate requirements of FDA 21CFR, section 1040.10 and 1040.11 for complete laser products. These Components are not considered Hazardous under eBay rules and therefore may not be removed
- You are 18 years of age OR OLDER.
-IF YOU ARE CONSTRUCTING A LASER CONTAINING DEVICE, YOU MAY BE LEGALLY CONSIDERED AN OEM LASER MANUFACTURER, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THIS DEVICE COMPLIES WITH ALL FDA AND STATE REGULATIONS. ANY DEVICES CONSTRUCTED MAY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE APPROPRIATE REQUIREMENTS OF FDA 21CFR, SECTION 1040.10 and 1040.11 FOR COMPLETE LASER PRODUCTS
-We warranty our components against DOA only If there is an issue with your device please contact us immediately and we will try to help you out.
-All power claims are based on input power. The actual output power of laser devices is based on several factors including operating voltage, DC current stability, temperature, humidity, optics and the characteristics of each laser diode chip.
- You understand that these laser components that are mentioned may be dangerous when not properly assembled into a finished product that complies with the FDA rules for radiation emitting devices.
-You have thoroughly researched any laws and regulations related to laser components in your region and by purchasing this you agree to comply with all such regulations.
- You will use these diodes/components in a safe and responsible manner and for a legal purpose.
- You are legally responsible for the use of these components, improper use of these components or their end products will make you liable. You are legally responsible for any injury to anybody resulting from the use of or assembly of these components or their finished products.
-We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we believe may not comply with these terms a full refund will be given
-BY PURCHASING ANY ITEM YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT ALL THE LISTED PROVISIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS PAGE FOR THE LASER MODULES THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT, BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO NOT VIOLATE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT DOING SO MAY CONSTITUTE PERJURY.
